EverFirst annual contest winners

Last May 12, 2023, EverFirst held its general assembly where the winners of annual contest for the year 2022 to 2023 were awarded.
From Olongapo down to Batangas City, employees from 100 branches gathered at Teatro, Marikina to attend general assembly.
The contests were divided into 10 categories, including Highest Revenue Growth Rate for Small Branches, Highest Revenue Growth Rate for Medium Branches, Highest Revenue Growth Rate for Big Branches, Highest Revenue Growth Rate for Extra Big Branches, Highest in Total Number of New Clients, Highest in Collection Efficiency, Highest Rate in 13th Month Loan Granted, Highest in Productivity Ratio based on Collection, Best Loan Consultant and Most Outstanding Rider.
There are winners in the branch level, as well as for Area Supervisors and District Managers. The top-ranked individuals will receive a monthly bonus for the coming year in addition to the one-time reward they received during the general assembly. The winners were:
