The Enculturation Rap

By Krizia Mae Oliva

For the first time in history of Multi-Line, Mr. Kerbie Peñones composed a rap about the Enculturation principles. By turning these enculturation principles into rap, he has created a musical experience that transcends generations. He was able to engage the listeners in his up-beat and captivating music.

Kerbie attended the Enculturation Seminar held on April 29, May 6 and May 13, 2023. During the seminar, He was, without a doubt, one of the participants who did well and is actively sharing his thoughts and experiences. This young energetic soul quickly applied what he learned from the Enculturation Seminar especially the importance of good communication. He used music, which is a very effective form of communication, to share what he learned to listeners of all ages which highlights his dedication to sharing the importance of Multi-Line’s culture through the power of music. As a reward for his outstanding contribution, he received P10,000.00.

To further amplify the message of Kerbie’s rap and to bring the lyrics to life, a music video was created for Kerbie’s composition. Shot in Baesa, Warehouse and directed by Ms. Maricel Ascotia, Advertising Manager. The music video was released June 24, 2023 and can be watched through Youtube in Multi-Line’s Youtube Channel.

We hope this inspired more employees of all ages to showcase and share their Enculturation journey through their talents and skills. The whole Multi-Line group thanks you for this wonderful contribution, Kerbie Peñones!
