All 100 Branch Heads attended the awarding held at Mayaman Car Park on August 4, 2023, to celebrate and learn the best practices of the top performers. The quarterly challenges were divided into two segments – branch growth and branch productivity and efficiency. Under growth, there were three challenges. 76 branches won the “Hit the Revenue Target” challenge, wherein the branch is required to achieve the assigned revenue target for the quarter. The prize is P4,000.00 per branch. 4 branches won the challenge of “Total Number of Clients,” where the branch must have a minimum of 40 new clients per quarter. The prize is P4,000.00 per branch. Lastly, Binangonan branch is the sole winner of the “Increase the Total Number of Referrers per Branch” challenge, earning them a P3,000.00 prize. The challenge requires the branch to have a minimum of 5% of its borrowers as referrers and there must be at least 100 active clients at the end of the quarter. No branch won the “Hit the Productivity Ratio” challenge, while the “13th Month Loans Granted” challenge will be awarded in the second quarter.
