Marlon assumed his role on June 21, 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. His primary responsibilities include establishing efficient inventory management processes, encompassing meticulous record-keeping and comprehensive stock position reporting. He will also oversee special projects within warehouse operations, aiming to ensure timely product deliveries to our valued customers. In pursuit of this goal, he will optimize delivery routes to minimize transportation costs. Furthermore, he will proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction, which involves streamlining logistics procedures and minimizing warehouse operational expenses. Reporting directly to Ms. Regina Tengco, the Supply Chain Manager, he is poised to make a significant contribution to our organization.
