EverFirst new Approving Officer

As the world is constantly changing, always be ready for new things, as great things never came from your comfort zone. So, if an opportunity knocks on your door, don’t hesitate to grab every chance you get.
Ferrol Chris De Vera was hired on March 19, 2019, by EverFirst Loans Corporation and started off as the Rider of the Cainta branch. He displayed dedication in his service, and two years later, he decided to embrace a new challenge. With enough knowledge and experience acquired as a Rider, he applied and was promoted to the position of Loan Processor at the Rosario Pasig branch. However, this is not the end of his journey. Two years later, on August 1, 2023, he was appointed as the new Approving Officer at EF.
As a result of this promotion, Ferrol is now tasked with new responsibilities. According to him, he is becoming more and more confident as time goes by, as he continues to gain more knowledge and understanding about his newly assigned tasks. Coming from a branch background and now working at the head office, he has a better grasp of the entire process of his new role. Even though work challenges are inevitable, his positive mindset is what keeps him moving forward.
Nothing will impede someone’s growth if they are eager to learn and discover new things. They say success is never easy, but if you trust your own abilities and persevere, then success is just around the corner.
With his positive attitude and unwavering drive, he has set a goal to strengthen his foundation at EF. Beyond how much he deserves the promotion, the promotion itself is well-deserved by an exceptional individual like him.
