Bigger achievement for Hobert Santiago

Effective September 1, 2023, Hobert Santiago will assume the role of the new Area Supervisor at EverFirst Loans Corporation, overseeing the branches within District 4 – Area 1. These branches encompass Binangonan, Angono, Taytay, Cainta, Rosario Pasig, Kapasigan (formerly Rotonda Pasig), Floodway, Taguig, and Signal.
Hobert graduated from UE Manila with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He joined EF on December 8, 2009, as a Loan Processor at the Novaliches Branch. Following two years, he was promoted to Branch Head at the Bicutan Branch, where he and his team showcased exceptional performance, garnering numerous awards and recognitions. His streak of excellence continued when he was subsequently reassigned to the Araneta Branch in 2017. After five years, he was transferred to the Commonwealth Branch, one of the largest branches, securing the top position in the Highest Number of New Clients Category and the second place in the Highest Revenue Target Category.
Over his twelve-year tenure as Branch Head across various substantial branches, Hobert has consistently demonstrated how his best practices and experiences contribute to achieving the company’s shared goal of enhancing customer service, speed, and cost efficiency while meeting this year’s sales target. After pursuing the Area Supervisor position through four attempts, Santiago’s perseverance has finally yielded results as he rightfully assumes this role.
“Gusto ko talaga maging AS (Area Supervisor) upang sa ganun ay mas mapalawak ko ang influence ko at mai-share ko ang aking positive experience at makatulong sa mga branches na lumaki at maging competitive.”, said Santiago.
Indeed, this promotion presents Hobert with significant opportunities paired with increased responsibilities. With the guidance of his immediate superiors, Ms. Clatchel Cosme, District Manager of District 4, and Ms. Krizia Mae Oliva, Operations Manager of Sector 2, he is well-positioned to realize his ambitious goals for District 4 – Area 1 and for the entire EF.
