Best Loan Consultant and winners of 13th Month Loans Granted Challenge

Personal excellence comes from the will to win and the desire to succeed. It comes from the urge to extend oneself to reach his full potential. The event held last September 29, 2023 is the embodiment of this quote.
This quarter, there were 85 branches out of 100 branches who won the 13th Month Loans Granted Challenge. The challenge was to hit at least 50% rate in number of active clients who availed 13th month loans within just a span of 3 months. Also, the active clients who availed the 13th month must not be less than 100 clients. Without a doubt, the parameters are really challenging but 85% of the branches fought well and won. The winning branches will each receive a prize of P10,000.00.
On the same day, Ms. Gina Oliman of EF Bagong Silang was awarded to be the Best Loan Consultant of the quarter for bringing in a total of 30 new clients for the months of May, June and July 2023. She was the only Loan Consultant who qualified in this contest. Oliman received P9,000.00 as a reward.
No matter how challenging a situation may be, a successful person will always find a way to overcome it because for him, challenges are not roadblocks but rather an opportunity to learn, to grow and a stepping stone on their journey to success.
