First ever supply and installation of Earthbond by MSC

Another first from Multi-Line Structures Corporation (MSC) was recognized as its Product Sales Consultant, Mr. Edward Laxa, closed the first ever supply and installation of Earthbond products on September 13, 2023.
The deal was made with Jakboa Builders, located in Pagbilao, Quezon, which is expected to be completed on December 2023.
According to Laxa, he encountered challenges before achieving the approval of the client. He mentioned, “Kalaban namin ay Arkitects na ACP, sila ang recommended ng architect, pero nakuha pa rin namin ang approval ni client. Pinush namin na makapag-product demo to introduce and defend yung Earthbond. We travel sa site to conduct product presentation and demo in front of the principal architect and the owner. Malaking tulong din ang naging magandang relationship namin sa gencon kasi sila ang nag-push para makapasok kami and makapag-conduct ng presentation. Nag-submit din kami ng mock-up for their reference of the method of installation. After ng presentation, nagpa-approve kami ng color and sealant. Naka-ilang recon din ‘yan from the engineering para mahabol ang budget. Gayunpaman, na-close pa rin namin ang project.”
Laxa’s determination led him to achieve his goal. He demonstrates that nothing and no one can obstruct success for those who persevere.
Furthermore, Laxa expressed his appreciation for the assistance of his Sales Manager, Mr. Louie Valenzuela, and the engineering team, including Engr. Dustine Garcia, the Estimator assigned to the project, under the guidance of his superiors: Mr. Ralph Aldrin Dacara, the Team Leader; Mr. Aljun Austria, the Engineering Manager; and Engr. Michael Florendo, the Operations Manager, all of whom contributed significantly to making this success possible.
