Boosting sales performance: An upgrade of monthly sales quota

In an attempt to reach new heights on their sales performance, two Product Sales Consultants of Multi-Line Building Systems, Inc., Mr. Elmer Dacula Jr. and Mr. Rudy Parcon, embraced a new challenge as their monthly sales quota have been upgraded from P1.50M to P2.00M on September 1, 2023.

In response to what he likes most in working as a sales professional, Dacula expresses his sentiments: “Highly risky yet highly rewarding kasi ang pagiging PSC. Ang output ng work ay magiging depende sa willingness mo na mag-sacrifice para makuha lahat ng pangarap mo.”


In addition to that, Dacula also shares some tips to a hit a monthly quota: “Dapat everyday may bago kang winowork-out na proposal at make sure na at least once a week may project kang ma-close. Siyempre dapat may malaki kang ambisyon saka mo samahan ng aksyon at sakripisyo para magkaroon ng malaking komisyon.”


As for Parcon, his commitment and willingness to take on challenges demonstrate a level of dedication that is truly admirable. He emphasized how he set his goals and make sure to meet them by stating, “It should always be an achievable goal. I usually put a timeframe on what I do; for example, in a week or in a month, I breakdown my goal into smaller steps and set regular reminders to complete each step.” He also added that in order to hit a monthly sales quota, he must give his best in serving the needs of the clients.

Embracing the proposed upgrade of monthly sales quota presents a valuable opportunity to enhance performance and growth within the organization.
