Castro is a graduate of Bachelor in Computer Data Processing Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila. Since then, she had 23 years of experience working with numerous companies. She is also a Civil Service Professional since 1999.

Castro has gained notable experience and seminars especially on ISO-related activities. She is a driven individual excited to contribute in improving the process of the purchasing department in Multi-Line.
