Randy Mendoza: New Warehouse and Logistics Manager

By Kimberly Tianzon

Everyone has their so-called journey to the top. People who hold managerial positions often went through tremendous work and life experiences before becoming one. There is no such thing as an overnight promotion or success. And Multi-Line’s newest Warehouse and Logistics Manager is a living proof.

Mr. Randy Mendoza, a 52-year-old father of 8, started as a Sales Assistant in one of the country’s distributors of a well-known international food manufacturing corporation. That was right after he graduated from college at Baliuag University, in the year 1992.

After gaining some experience for his career, Mendoza began venturing into politics with the purpose of helping people by alleviating societal issues while gaining experience on how to handle them as they have different backgrounds, origins and even behavior.

After Mendoza’s term ended, he came back to building his career, not minding as to what kind of job he might land on. Fortunately, he was hired as a Warehouseman at a company that sells high-quality car accessories.

While working there, he did everything he could to relearn everything, sharpen his skills, and understand the nature of his new work. All his hard work was rewarded when he became an OIC of the Receiving Department of the same company, climbing one step higher in his ladder of success. However, it didn’t stop there. As he climbed higher in his ladder, his responsibilities got broader. After being transferred to his previous company’s sister company, he immediately became a supervisor. After several years, he was promoted as an Assistant Logistics Manager, and eventually became a Warehouse and Logistics Manager himself, just a few months later.

Fast forward to 2023, Mendoza stumbled into a much better opportunity when he applied at Multi-Line as he foresaw its amazing culture and accomplished employees. Through his vast experience when it comes to managing people and warehouses, he was welcomed by Multi-Line last October 9, 2023.

Mendoza aims to unleash more of his potential as well as his people when it comes to safeguarding everything that’s inside a warehouse, because he believes that a warehouse holds a company’s assets. Together with his people, it is their responsibility to make sure that all products are accounted for, stored safely and dispatched efficiently.  May your journey become an inspiration to many.

With so much enthusiasm and excitement, we welcome you to Multi-Line, Sir Randy!
